It is a separate structure occasionally used by the owner for friends, family, or staff. There are no shared spaces — your stay remains completely private and exclusive to the main home and outdoor areas. 🌴 Neighborhood Reminder: This is a residential neighborhood, and most neighbors live here full-time. We kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels respectful and honor quiet hours so everyone can enjoy their surroundings. Guests have access to all parts of the home except the garage. Parking is never allowed in the garage or in front of the garage. The garage is reserved for the owner’s use. Please park your vehicles in the circular driveway only. I am nearby and always available. I believe in the importance of privacy so I will not be coming by unless it’s needed. We are available anytime. Safety Features - Child Safety: All doors leading to the pool are equipped with child safety alarms, which can be turned on or off using a remote control. - Security Cameras: There are two outdoor Ring cameras monitoring the exterior for security — one by the front door and one on the west side driveway. No indoor cameras are present. Regular Maintenance To keep everything in top condition, our maintenance team visits regularly (weather permitting): - Lawn Service: Thursdays - Pool Service: Fridays Pool Heating For your comfort, pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. Please inform us prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heating to your reservation so we can ensure the pool is ready for you. The fee applies to the full length of your stay. Guest Limit The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (including children). Exceeding the guest limit will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the reservation and refund. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the home or within the pool area. Outdoor smoking is allowed only with doors closed, and guests must properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. Please help us maintain a clean, fresh environment for everyone. Pets We love pets, but unfortunately no animals are allowed due to allergy concerns. Noise & Gatherings - No parties, loud music, or large gatherings are permitted. - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (weekdays) and 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM (weekends). - No fireworks or firecrackers are allowed on or around the property for safety reasons. Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation and loss of refund. Check-In / Check-Out - Check-In: 4:00 PM Early check-in may be available upon request (fees may apply). - Check-Out: 11:00 AM Late check-out may be available upon request (fees may apply). Family-Friendly Amenities A pack ’n play crib and high chair are available in the queen guest bedroom closet for your convenience. Included Essentials To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of household essentials. For longer stays, please plan accordingly.
