Private room in home. Friendly Work and Vacation Home Environment

A perfect place for a getaway or business travel. Home sit in a quiet neighborhood and 20-30 minutes away from Orlando major attraction. Guest have access to bottom floor of home which includes private bedroom, private bathroom, living room, dining room, sitting area, kitchen, pet area and laundry room. Home is 8 min from UCF, 11 min from Oviedo and 15-30 min away from I-4 and I-95. Very quiet two story home with all the hospitality of a good southern living. Guest have full access to a private room & bathroom and guess also have access to a full kitchen, living room, sitting area, dining room and laundry room and a large back yard. I do live in the home located in a room upstairs. Area that is off limit is closet by stairs, pantry, upstairs and garage. Guess can travel by using uber, lyft or personal vehicle, and there is parking in the driveway or on the street in front of house. I live in the house. I occupy room upstairs. I am available for any question or concerns to my guest at all time. Neighborhood consist of two story & ranch style home, there ponds located throughout the neighborhood, one small kid play ground at the front entrance of sub division. uber, lyft, and personal vehicle. Home is located to near shopping area, and restaurants. There is no smoking in the house.
