Your suite has direct access to the covered patio overlooking the garden and featuring custom furniture by Egyptian artist, Abaza. You will also free to use the shared living room space, fully-stocked shared kitchen, and laundry room and supplies. The house features masterworks of museum quality international art and artifacts. Because of that, guests are encouraged to be extra careful around these items and to, of course, refrain from touching them. I live on the other side of the house and would love the occasional interaction with guests at the right time. You can cook your culinary masterpieces, sip a glass of chilled lemonade / or white wine on the patio, or watch from a wide selections of streaming services. Otherwise, you can lounge by the community pool, or hit tennis courts, basketball courts, and fitness facilities. Just off the 408, close to 528 (airport or Coco Beach), and 417 (Disney or Sanford). 15 mins from UCF (just make a right and stay on Alafaya), 20 mins from downtown or the airport, 30 mins from theme parks, 55 mins from beach (possible tolls). Waterford Lakes with its wide selections of shopping and dining is about 5 minutes away. Walmart, Publix, ABC, BK, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, and many other conveniences are even closer. Food selections within a five minutes' distance range from the fast to the fabulous: try our local Wine and Oysters for a romantic dinner, or Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant for a fancy dinner.
