When booked separately, guests will have separate private bathrooms however will utilize the common living room, balcony and mini-fridge as a shared space. Extra linens are provided should your party have three people and would like to utilize the common area sectional sofa for sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and dining areas are designed to be shared with the owner and completely available for full use and meal preparation. Please be respectful of space and noise when occupied.
