Please note that swimming is not advisable in the lake due to wildlife, but you can still enjoy its beauty and peacefulness. One queen size bed. Folding camping style cot or baby pack n play available upon request. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY…will result in a $100 cleaning charge. In order to maintain the tranquility and peacefulness of the property, absolutely no parties or events are allowed. Any type of gathering that is not preapproved will result in a charge of $1,000. Unauthorized/not pre-approved guests over the amount of the booked inhabitants will be subject to a $50/person charge. Free-range chickens are present on the property, due to potential safety concerns, ESA's are not permitted.
