Party of two or less will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. We do not host parties or excessive amount of people in our home.
This home has many rooms. Only one will be available to rent.
The hallway bathroom is available for our guests and the middle room.
Also the pool is available for our guests
We technically live in the house and have two cats. We do work so we won’t be there all the time but from time to time we are on the property to receive guests with questions etc
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
