During the stay guests are responsible to clean after themselves the room is private, private bathroom with shared spaces,kitchen and livingroom the property gets clean every time a guest checks out but when 1 guest checks out there are 2 or 3 other guests in there, they will use the kitchen the kitchen not open for guest to use other than the fridge, coffee or tea can be made but not to cook meals,additional fees apply to cook 1 towel per stay, if long term guest needs to have their own linens or pay an additional fee for housekeeping & extra linens during the sta the property has wifi as a courtesy not an amenity exterior cameras on property
