This is a small unit , nestled behind a privacy fence and under beautiful shade!420 friendly. Ask about midnight scares and see our 1 of a kind ouija board table! It is dark outside, so please have your flashlight ready.Creepy! Small ecletic,space with a hint of Salem and a bit of the haunted!If you arrive after dark,have your phone flashlight handy!It is a "CREEPY " yard!There are solar light also!This definitely a one-of-a-kind place, we are 420 friendly!New outdoor shower, there is a bathtub, toilet & sink is "hidden" behind bookcase! There is only one double bed, this is a small space perfect for one(2 comfortably),also couch pulls out completely for 1!Must be 21 years of age to book this!!We have now upgraded the wifi and have a new 32" Roku TV!!Hearse rides& cemetery tours soon to arrive!!Southern cooking offered, $20 a meal!!Must reserve 1 day ahead or mention at booking!!Laundry service available for a fee!Spiders,snakes and lizards stay for free! Only one bed!New Fairy Garden,located in front yard w/zen garden for meditation.There is a bbq grill & small fridge inside cottage, with microwave!! Pumpkins available during spooky season! I am usually available as I do stay on the property but I can be reached by text on my cell phone(after 10 pm, Will not be replied to until the morning) If for any reason at check in, there is a problem, Notify me immediately!! I would rather give you a refund than get a bad review!!Also please check location before booking, I do live in a culturally diverse neighborhood, my neighbors are awesome and my property is safe!! I also offer home cooked meals for a fee of $20 per meal! Mention at ✔️ in!! I was brought up in this neighborhood oh, it's not quite the same as it used to be as I was a child. but my property is offset and has a country feel to it! my father lives across the street and all my neighbors are very quiet and mind their own business! we are 420 friendly but smoking must be done in the back area behind privacy fence! Bus stops ate very close for Lynx bus system! There's a bike on premises for guests and a kayak to use if you are visiting the springs that are very close to us!! Meals available ($20 not included in booking)Do you want a midnight scare??Loud things that go bump in the night??Please request when you book!!This is a small space, there is no shower but there is a unique bathtub, that is great for soaking old bones!We have made a few upgrades, WiFi is now strong inside the cottage and we have added a new 32" smart TV!!
