Nestled on a quiet street, 15 mins from Downtown Orlando. This home has a massive pool, hot tub, water fountain, real outdoor and indoor fire place, outdoor patio area w/seating. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals, and there are two living areas to provide ample space for relaxation. There is also a designated office area to take work calls. ☀ College Park – 10 mins ☀ Downtown Orlando – 15 mins ☀ Universal Studios – 28 mins ☀ Walt Disney World – 34 mins The home has a total of 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen bed, and the other has 2 Twin beds and the third has a King bed with En Suite. The Twin beds can be easily put together to make 1 larger bed. One room will be locked for owners use. There are two living room areas, both are thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home with a real indoor fireplace for optimal coziness as you enjoy your favorite streaming platforms on the 65” Smart HD TV. There is a professional pool table for your enjoyment, as well as a record player and a breakfast nook area for you to enjoy meals or some board games. There is also a designated desk for working, and an iPad that controls the pool equipment. The backyard is fully fenced in and there is outdoor furniture to relax on. There is also a separate picnic table in case you want to enjoy meals cooked on the outdoor Wood-fired Ninja Grill. You will have access to parking spaces in the driveway. There is also an EV charger on property. The home is located just 10 minutes away from the new Packing District, where the iconic Orlando Juice Stand is located. (Please do not send a message inquiring about hosting parties or events. We do not allow large gatherings at the property). Accepting 5 star guests only. Enjoy the entire place during your stay. I'll be available through Airbnb or Phone The pool is not screened in, so there may be a little debris in the pool from trees, fallen leaves etc. Pool cleaning is every Friday afternoon some time between 2pm-5pm. He enters and exits through the left gate and is normally done within 15 mins. There is a pool skimmer and vacuum for your use. The pool does not have a safety fence. For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times while outdoors or near the pool area. 🛟 STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED. The number of people at the property must NOT exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation at any time. Visitors, including friends or family, are not permitted without prior written approval. Evidence of unauthorized guests or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property by local authorities. A violation fee of $300–$1,000 will also be charged, depending on the severity of the situation. An additional guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies for groups over 4, and $100 per person for unapproved guests over 6. Please ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking to avoid any unexpected charges or violations. Pets are welcome! There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. My only request is that you please make sure your pet(s) are up to date on the flea and tick medications, and please keep them off furniture.
