We live in a peaceful neighborhood, just 10 minutes from downtown Orlando. 8 minutes from winter park villages 10 from Maitland . 10 minutes from college park . 20 minutes from Universal Studios, 25-30 minutes from Disney (depending on traffic). 40 minutes from Cocoa Beach. We don't require parking permits, as we have a parking lot for vehicles. Additionally, we are pet-friendly and welcome small pets. Overall, our house is super comfortable and family friendly. It’s a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house, so the bathroom is shared. My cousin and my roommate live here. I don’t live here full-time, but I stay 15 minutes away. We keep the common areas very clean: the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. The room I’m renting is connected to the living room and is fairly private. When you rent the room, you’ll have access to the living room if you want a quiet place to relax.
