Just a short drive to downtown Orlando, Winter Park, College Park, or Altamonte Springs. The surrounding area includes a cornucopia of select shopping stores, a large selection of full-service restaurants, fast food shops, grocery stores, and other entertainment. If you are visiting for business or pleasure, you are central to all of this. A ground floor apartment which features a bedroom, a bathroom - shower only, a secondary bedding area, a dine in kitchen, and a small living room. It is a cozy little place with a dedicated parking space. The air conditioning is all window units. It is located on an active commercial property which hosts weddings, receptions, and other gatherings. There will be people around the property at times. We are near a busy 3-way intersection, with a fire station. The unit has laundry machines in a covered lanai which is behind the building. You have access to Lake Fairview, and use of a pier down at the cottage. Lake Fairview is clean and can be used for swimming. There is a television, however no cable service is provided. WIFI is provided for that purpose. The apartment, and a dedicated parking space. Contact information is supplied with in our guest notes. We reside here in Orlando and are active in the operation of our property. The apartment is located in a commercial area near a busy intersection in Orlando. You can expect to hear music from the two wedding venues in the neighborhood up to 11pm on the weekends. A car is recommended. We have a coded lock box so you can access the place at your convenience.
