The apartment is small by today's standards originally built in the 50's and is period related. However, it is comfortable and has suited travelers well for the last 10 years. It is a good central location to the Orlando metropolitan area. This upstairs unit is very comfortable loft apartment which also has a screened porch area. The unit has one queen size bed, and one bathroom, with a shower only. The kitchen is equipped well enough for the preparation of basic meals. The living room area includes a sofa, recliner, television, a table with chairs, and a foldout desk cabinet. This location is just 3 miles from downtown Winter Park, or College Park, and just 6 miles from the downtown Altamonte Springs shopping mall area. Your access to Interstate Route 4 is just 1 mile from Exit # 87. This area has a great variety of stores, restaurants, theaters, hospitals, and other attractions, that there is very little left to want for. Lake Fairview marina is just across the lake where you could rent a pontoon boat if you like. Lake Fairview is 400 acres in size and clean enough to swim in. There is a television, however no cable service is provided. WIFI is provided for viewing purposes. You have sole access to the apartment, a dedicated parking space, and shared laundry with the lower unit. You are very close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores. The infrastructure surrounding this area is complete. There also is a lake with a dock behind the duplex which you can access during your stay. This is a busy intersection in a commercial retail area which has road noise. There are two wedding venues operating mainly on the weekends that may produce sound from entertainment sources up to 11pm. Lake Fairview is directly behind the apartments so you can access the lake from the property, the park or the marina. It's best to have a car. The apartment has a dedicated parking space. The apartment duplex is located on a working commercial property that hosts weddings and other special events including outdoor events adjoining the apartment. There will be people moving around the property, as well as the standard amount of noise generated by a marriage celebration, mostly only on the weekend. This property also has noise from traffic, so if you are a light sleeper it's not for you.
