Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available). A 🔐 Code is provided at check in for easy access. A unique code will be provided for your reservation to access the keypad or lockbox for the duration of your stay. The property is located just across from Lake Fairview and fairview shores neighborhood. We are located just off the main road Edgewater Drive. You will have privacy and parking for up to 2 vehicles. Heading south from the property you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of College Park. If Winter Park is your destination, both Lee Road and Fairbanks are just blocks away. There is a Neighborhood Walmart within one mile of the home. The house is in a residential area so please respectfully observe quiet hours Property type is a duplex.
