Our cozy cottage is located within minutes of some of the best areas, restaurants, bars, and attractions Orlando has to offer. Winter Park and College Park are 3-5 minute drives, Disney and Universal only 20 minutes, etc. The interior is chic and inviting, with a homey feel. Enjoy the fireplace, play some board games, soak in bath salts in the claw foot tub, curl up on the porch with a coffee and read one of our provided books— it’s so peaceful you’ll have a hard time leaving for the day! The space has everything you need to feel home away from home— and then some! Feel cared for, and thought of with our personal touches such as snacks, beverages, books, bath salts and bath bombs, etc. The front porch is the perfect place to spend the morning sipping coffee, or the evening watching the daylight fade. You have the guest house, the porch, and the side yard for your enjoyment! We love to meet our guests and make you feel welcome and at home, however if you prefer your privacy we will absolutely respect that. If you need to be in touch I am always available! Within 5 minutes’ drive of Winter Park— an area teeming with classy cafes, shops, restaurants, wine bars, and museums! Under 5 minutes’ drive just down the road is CollegePark, a hip and youthful hang out street with fun local owned bars, hip eats, coffee shops, etc. Both Disney and Universal are 20 minutes away, a quick and easy drive to and from— this allows you easy access to the parks, but with the ability to dive into the local culture! Many amenities are within a 5 minute drive— Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, etc! Local State Park Springs are only 15 minutes away! New Smyrna beach is 40 minutes’ drive! Downtown Orlando 10 minutes away Amway sports and events center 10 minutes away Advent Health Hospital 8 minutes away Camping world sports stadium 15 minutes away A car is a must. Please park either under the awning at gate entrance, or along the side yard grass parallel to the house. The awning is quite low, so please do not attempt SUV or Truck parking, compact vehicles only!! After March 7 th 2026 we will not be taking any bookings with Saturday arrivals.
