Quiet nice neighborhood not too far from downtown and attractions like parks and art scene. It’s close to Maitland, Winter Park, 15-20 from downtown and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. 45-60 minutes from Disney and Kissimmee area. All depending on traffic. The lynx bus stop is outside the neighborhood to the right. Uber and Lyft are available. WiFi box is behind the tv in the living room. Cups are in the top cabinet above the sink.
