You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM, and as late as you like; you'll have a PIN code to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough. You can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival, and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO late Check-out as we need to get the apartment ready for the next guests. Please note there might be a $200 penalty for late check-out. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels, and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in the space in front of the property, on the right side facing the house. You have included ONLY one parking spot. You can park on the street without blocking other vehicles' spaces. LAUNDRY: Laundry is located inside the studio.
