Welcome to this Cozy Room! Private Room / Private bathroom with private entrance. Includes: TV, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Located near UCF area, Valencia Community Collage and Full Sail University. Close to 408 and 417 Highways. Twenty minute from Orlando International Airport. Near to Advent Health and Orlando Health. This room is perfect for business travelers, students and whoever takes vacations and wants to visit the theme Parks like Disney and Universal. Code will provide couple hours before check in. Park next to the sidewalk. For longer stays, I’ll be doing laundry for the sheets and towels, as well as cleaning the room every 15 days. Cleanings will take place on Saturdays. I kindly ask that the room is kept clean and that there is no damage to the bedroom set or anything else in the space. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! The room is near Eat Campus Valencia community college, UCF, Full Sail University, Highway 417, 408. There’s different restaurants around. Guest can park in front of the gate of the room entrance.
