This spacious, thoughtfully designed 3BR/2BA home offers multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated work-from-home setup—ideal for families, business travelers, and longer stays. ⸻ Kitchen & Eat-In Dining The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday cooking or extended stays, featuring a Café double-door refrigerator (water/ice), electric range with warming zone, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an 8-quart air fryer. You’ll find a complete cookware set, knife block, bakeware, measuring tools, Tupperware, dishware for 8+, glassware, barware, and basic pantry essentials (olive oil, salt/pepper, seasonings). Coffee options include a drip machine (with ground coffee provided), Keurig (K-cups included), and an AeroPress. A toaster, waffle maker, and mixing bowls round out the setup. Eat at the island (3 stools) or a cozy breakfast table for two by the front bay window. A small smart TV is available in this area. Note: garbage disposal is in the left sink basin. ⸻ Living & Formal Dining The main living room features a large sectional with recliners and a pullout, centered around a 75” Samsung smart TV. Just beyond, a second outdoor patio includes additional seating, a gas grill, and a fully fenced backyard. This space is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only (not in the screened patio). ⸻ Primary Suite (King) The oversized primary suite features a king bed with premium bedding, a 75” smart TV, ceiling fan, and a dedicated workspace with a motorized standing desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair. The private en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a deep soaking tub and shower with multi-setting wand, and a large walk-in closet. Toiletries, hair dryer, and a humidifier are provided. There’s an extra pack and play in the master closet too. ⸻ Queen Bedroom The queen room offers a high-quality mattress, premium bedding, and nightstands with built-in outlets. A wall-mounted smart TV (swivel), dresser, ceiling fan, and spacious closet provide comfort and storage. Extras include additional blankets, pillows, a fan, and optional baby carriers/slings. ⸻ Twin Bedroom This room includes two twin beds with new mattresses, a smart TV, nightstands with lighting, and a dedicated desk/workspace. A closet with hangers and a pack-and-play make this room flexible for both adults and children. ⸻ Bathrooms & Linens A shared full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with a multi-setting wand and strong water pressure. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and H2O-brand toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion). A hallway linen closet provides extra towels, blankets, and a queen air mattress with full bedding. ⸻ Garage & Laundry The garage is stocked with additional amenities including beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, outdoor games, and extra seating. A water cooler with filtered cold water is available.
