Lots of Restaurants, Publix, Target, 24hr fitness gym, biking and jogging trails close by. The main expressway is only 2 minutes away making it convenient to get around the city. The house is between the University of Central Florida and Winter Park. It is best to rent a car if you fly into Orlando if you plan on site seeing. There is a bus system, but it is not that good. There is also many Uber & Lift drivers around. Driving Times 19 minutes Orlando International Airport 7 minutes to UCF (University of Central FL) 13 minutes to Winter Park Ave. 15 minutes to downtown Orlando 2 minutes to 417 east-west expressway 2 minutes to convenience store & gas 2-10 minutes to many restaurants 1hr to the beach (Cocoa & New Smyrna Beach) 40 minutes to Disney World 30 minutes to Universal Studios 33 minutes to Orange County Convention Center 5 minutes to Full Sail University The Pool will be cool/cold (Oct, Nov, Dec, January, February, March) Note: If you choose to use the pool I do have an electric pool heater that can be added for $10 a day with a $30 minimum to help cover the cost of electricity.
