The room & bathroom is closed off and private from the main house. I am friendly but respect your privacy. I live on the property but sometimes travel. Neighborhood overview Safe family friendly neighborhood. Lots of Restaurants, Sports Bars, Gas, Convenience store, Publix Supermarket, Target, 24hr fitness gym, biking and jogging trails are all close by car. Getting around: It is best to rent a car if you fly into Orlando and want to go around and see things. The 417 expressway is close by making it easy to get to other parts of Orlando. There is also Uber & Lift drivers around. Driving Times: 19 minutes Orlando International Airport 37 minutes to Disney World 23 minutes to Universal Studios 2 minutes to convenience store & gas 1hr to the beach (Cocoa & New Smyrna Beach) 9 minutes to UCF (University of Central FL) 15 minutes to downtown Orlando 33 minutes to Orange County Convention Center 13 minutes to Winter Park Ave. 15 minutes to downtown Orlando 2 minutes to 417 east west expressway 6 minutes Full Sail University Pool Heater Option: ☞ $10 day prepaid Pool water will be cool/cold (Oct - April) Note: I do have an electric pool heater that is not part of the rental that can be added for $10 a day to help cover the cost of electricity. This option would need to be pre-paid before your stay, so it can be turned on before you get there, and would require you to take the pool cover off and on when not in use, so you do not lose the warm water.
