Extra mattress available upon request. You will have a designated parking space and will not have any shared spaces beside the outdoor/ parking area. The neighborhood is very quiet, there is lots of greenery and active neighbors who holiday decorate. We provide the basics for your stay; body wash, hand soap, fresh linen/ towels, Smart TV with Netflix, or the option to sign into any streaming service on the TV. We provide towels based on guests you request to accommodate. This room has central air and has no control over the A/C. We oftentimes provide extra blankets.
