This is a room near UCF. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The property does have outside cameras for security. It is situated in an incredible location, with 417 and 408 easily accessible, and Colonial drive SR 50 is only 2 minutes away. 3 minutes away from trails if you enjoy nature. You get to Cocoa beach in 45 min, downtown Orlando in 15 min, Disney in 30 min, UCF in 5 min and Valencia College in 13 min. There are pets in the home, but very clean house. 1 guest accommodation. If it is a married couple, accommodation can be made at additional fee. Just communicate please.
