This is a peaceful, clean, and nice place with a vibrant atmosphere. This neighborhood is located at 5 minutes from the Colonial Dr/State Rd 50. It is at 8 minutes from the 408 Expressway which connects with 417 Expressway, I-4, and 528 Expressway. The location is very convenient for workers, students, and specially for tourists. 10 minutes drive from UCF, Seminole State College, and 15 minutes from Valencia College. We have an Advent Health ER facility. This neighborhood is ideal to walk as exercise in anytime.
You can drive or walk to get around the neighborhood. We have plenty of parkig in front of the RV.
