Beautiful studio for 4 persons in upscale vacation resort; 1 King bed, large sofa bed, jetted bathtub/jacuzzi in studio, 1 bathroom/toiletries, plenty of towels, kitchenette w/microwave, dishware/coffee maker, flat screen TV. swim pools, tennis, pickleball, mini golf, gym, beauty Spa, Lake/Marina f/canoeing, and great Water Park; restaurants in premises. Within minutes f/ Universal Studios, Orlando Convention Center, 20' to Disney, Wholefoods/plenty restaurants min. away. Gorgeous Studio/Villa 495 sq ft. within a vacation resort, with pillowtop king bed, sofa-bed, 1 private bathroom and separate shower, jacuzzi within the Studio. Kitchenette and microwave where you can heat ready cook meals, a mini fridge and coffee maker. Climate control air conditioning, cribs/infant beds may be available upon request. Flat panel TV and DVD, iron-ironing board and hair dryer. Coin Washer and dryer available (first floor). This is a vacation resort which includes a new waterpark. Plenty of room to swim and exercise, also a gym with modern equipment and trainer available. When checking- in you will be provided with a pass for your car window to access the premises on a daily basis. Free parking inside the premises. Upon arrival, you will go to front desk to check-in (normally after 3- 4pm. Your name and reservation number will be in the computer (you will be provided with a reservation # before your arrival). Upon checking out you will not be charged for resort fees, cleaning fees or taxes. You will only pay for incidentals, such as restaurants, use of the beauty spa and the like. All activities within the resort, such as swimming pools, tennis, mini-golf, gym, etc. are free of charge, except for the Marina (boat renting) and for the new water park. Attention: pets are welcome, but there may be a charge for each pet. You will be informed of the Resort Pet Policy. This Vacation Resort is a large vacation villas and apartment complex. I own one week (week 51, Christmas) which is the one you are looking at. You will check in and out at the reservations desk just like in any hotel. The Resort is solely responsible for all your needs and issues during your stay. If you need anything, you can call front-desk from the telephone in you room. This resort is centrally located, only minutes away from Universal Studios, some 20 minutes from Disney parks and about 30 minutes from the airport. Plenty of restaurants only minutes away; including Whole Foods and other supermarkets.
