Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway Upstairs Master Bedroom / Private Bathroom / Furnished / Balcony/ In room refrigerator ***There are 3 other People Living in the House*** Less than a Mile from "Camping World Stadium" No Pets Allowed House 4/3 3000 sqft two stories Large Pool Lake (Clear Lake off Rio Grande) Dock Property is on 1 ½ acres All New and remodel interior and new appliances ***This is a Large Property with a Gate*** The entrance is not paved but there is plenty of Parking for guests. ***The surrounding neighborhood does look a little rough but I have lived here for about 10years and enjoy every minute of it. **** There are 4 Bedrooms in the House. All of the have Occupancy's. Kitchen, living room and all downstairs areas are common spaces. Each room in the house has a keypad and code on it. Please ensure you door is closed. Main Entrance will have a Key stored in a key box. I live on the property and will be here during the entry stay. Please do not bring any other people to stay at the house. This room is only for guest listed on the reservation.
