The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything! 10-15 mins to MCO and a mile away from the executive airport. A very convenient drive to our famous theme parks, yet distant enough to experience Orlando like a local! We find that renting a car is the best method of getting around Orlando (especially if you plan on visiting Disney, SeaWorld and/or Universal). Parking is free on-site. If exploring around the immediate downtown area, be prepared to pay for parking. However, there are bike and scoter rentals, Uber/Lyft, bus, and other public transport options available. Being in lovely Florida means that with the greenery & liveliness, come humidity and bugs. It's a common occurrence! We have the property professionally sprayed regularly. Bug spray is available, but please understand anything beyond that is outside our control.
