We are a short driving distance to the attractions The property is very unique. It is located on Clear lake only 5 minutes from Downtown Orlando on 6 acres of land. We have been living here for over 20 years in the house next door. It is our little oasis, gated and quiet. The house you will be renting is overlooking the lake and facing west, so you will be getting the best sunset every night! You will have the whole house to yourselves, you will not be sharing the home with anyone, so you will have privacy and plenty of space. We do live on the property but not in the same building, we live in a separate house. It is on 6 acres of land and some areas might have longer plants and not as neatly trimmed as a normal size house would be. There are no street lights on property, some areas are a bit darker at night (areas away from the buildings) it is very peaceful We are creative people and you will find a giant robot, cow painted Buddha sculpture , a giant Tiki sculpture that will greet you at the gate and a Kangaroo Gargoyle by the dock... There's more, but you have to see it for yourself. The house itself is not new but we did a lot of renovations. It is a very large 2500 sf house with 4 bedrooms. Plenty of space for large groups. 5 beds are Queen size beds. We can accommodate 10 people. Large kitchen with plenty of prep space and everything you might need to cook a meal. Coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We will supply shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, blow dryer, iron etc. All beds come with clean sheets and linens and plenty of pillows. I clean the duvet covers every single time I guest checks out. 2 bathrooms. One of them is newly renovated. The second bathroom is large and has a shower / tub (The jets and pump do not work,) It has an "instant" hot water heater. It only heats up when you turn the hot water on. But the great thing about that is that you will never run out of hot water. 10 people could shower in a row and the last person will have a nice hot shower! The living room is a large space where you can relax or play games. If you are planning on renting to throw a party, because you were previously here at a gathering or because you are visiting friends or neighbors on lake who are having a party... please do not book my place. The house is on 6 acres and has multiple buildings on it with other tenants. please be courteous to my tenants. Do not walked into the fenced yard of my house (brick house) We would love to get to know you! We are both sociable and love to meet new people from all over. We can also recommend attractions, places to go to and things to do. We live on the property in another house so we are there to make sure you have everything you need and there to make your stay as enjoyable as we can. You will definitely see us around. If you are the private type we will respect that. Our street is very quiet and there is no car traffic. It is a gated property. You will need to have a car to get around. There's a bus stop down the street, but Orlando has not so great public transportation and you would spend a lot of time wasted. Car rental is fairly inexpensive. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Universal Studios, 25 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Seaworld. 7 minutes from the mall at Millenia. Less than 15 minutes from the Outlet mall. 20 minutes from the Orlando International airport. 45 minutes from Cocoa beach. We are near I-4 and also 408 highways.
