A lot of love went into making the White Orchid bedroom perfectly cozy and comfortable. Everyone says the bed is best, snuggliest they’ve slept on! I refurbished the MCM nightstands, hand dyed the chenille rug, installed a new TV and created the art - all to design a bedroom you won’t want to leave! Fabulous white terrazzo floors make the entire house nice & bright. You’ll have access to the shared huge shared bathroom, full kitchen, dining, W/D, TV area plus off street parking. LGBT friendly! Welcome to my home - and I live here! It’s a serene 5 bedroom 1960 home with a beautifully remodeled interior; elevated, comfortable and stunningly styled in every way. It’s in a quite, well lit neighborhood that’s safe to walk around. I have 3 parking spots on the driveway which are first come first serve plus there’s plenty of safe, convenient street parking. With all there is to do in Orlando most guests are generally out and about so sharing space is peaceful and easy. You’ll have a private bedroom all to yourself! The huge bathroom is shared with another guests/owner. Normally everyone out enjoying Orlando so it’s easy to share! Plus you’ll have shared access to the rest of the house - large kitchen, front outdoor patio, dining area, TV area, W/D, and 3 off street parking spots. The neighborhood is safe, well lit and quiet so there’s plenty of street parking as well. Bedroom door locks from inside only. I follow my guests lead. I live on site and always happy to help guests! My little neighboor is cute - tree lined streets, safe, peaceful and conveniently located. Orlando is spread out so a vehicle is the easiest way to get around. Orlando is sprawling you can conveniently get to groceries, the airport, downtown and the parks by car. Groceries and restaurants are about a 20 minute walk and 2 bus stops are less than a 7 minute walk.
