Great for a short term rental/ corporate housing with pets. 10 minutes to downtown. Universal studios and Seaworld are 6 miles away, and Disney is less then 10. our soacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Duplex is on a nice quite street centrally located just south of downtown Orlando. with its own fenced in private yard, private entrance. the master Bedroom has a queen bed and a twin Daybed with a twin on a Trundle to sleep 4 people comfortably. Full kitchen has all the amenities of home all the appliances you can think of. Living room is white spacious as well with a large sectional.yard is enclosed and private. Guest have access to the entire rental space (1/2 duplex) which includes the private two bedroom two bath unit large fenced in yard providing private space for parking and pets. Due to abusive guests, access to laundry facilities is by request I am a corporate photographer and Constantly traveling but do most of my work from home. I am available to answer questions or assist with any directions or suggestions. this is a quite up and coming neighborhood with Bars and restaurants within walking distance (1 mile) a public pool within walking distance as well as centrally located in the Sodo Area (south of downtown) with Target/ Bars and restaurants all within a short drive. I purchased this home as. I travel a lot and work in the tourist area of Orlando. so it is centrally located minutes from the airport. with highway access very close and basically 10-15 minute drive to anything in the Area. In an ongoing efforts to go green and ditch half empty bottles of soaps etc we have installed refillable shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash all using ZeroDerm products and dial soap at the sinks. All the shower products are fragrance free, allergen free, sulphate paraben and phosphate free, and 100% vegan.
