A shared laundry room is located separately and securely between both units for guest convenience. Free parking for one vehicle is available directly in front of the house. The patio area adjacent to the first-floor unit is private and includes a dining table and chairs for outdoor meals. The backyard provides lake access and features a seating area by the water, which is a shared space available to guests of both units. Backyard etiquette: The backyard and lakefront seating area are shared spaces. Please be mindful of other guests, keep noise to a reasonable level, and leave shared areas clean after use. We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance or recommendations.
