Welcome to your beautiful efficiency in the up-and-coming neighborhood of SoDo (South Downtown, Orlando). The efficiency is an attached unit equipped with kitchen amenities, dining tables, and all the other comforts needed to have a great stay. While staying with us enjoy the restaurants, parks, and lakes within walking distance, and so much more. Have a day in? Enjoy the majestic tree in the back, with a hammock and small patio set. With an attached unit, enjoy relaxing privacy with your own entrance, bathroom, air-conditioner, and many more comforts. There is a TV in the bedroom. The queen sized bed is extremely comfortable. There is also a hamper basket available in the unit. Finally, enjoy the free laundry room for washing and drying clothes before your journey back home. Street parking is available on the side closest to the house. Please walk along the right side of the building to get to the backyard where the listing entrance is. Enjoy the backyard as you see fit. There is a grill, fireplace, hammock, a few chairs, rock speakers, and beautiful nature to see. Property manager onsite for all needs related to the efficiency. Just knock on the door in front of the main house. Chat and say hi as well. Additional guests may stay at other units on the property. Please be kind to all guests and residents. SoDo is such a beautiful and majestic neighborhood. Stroll around the streets to view the many parks, lakes, and marvels on the stone brick roads only seen in historic districts. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The heart of downtown is also a 5 minute car ride away, great for being near the action but enjoying silence when needed. Public transportation is available. Many bus stops nearby. We are near I-4, walking distance to most necessities, and the Orlando Regional Medicial Center is also within walking distance. The entire property is treated for many insects each monthly, including mosquitoes! While treatment does not eliminate insects, it does reduce their presence. Enjoy!
