Beautiful over-sized private 1 bedroom cottage, overlooking the lake. We are close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks to explore. Comfort was our number one focus when choosing furniture, and there is even a king sleep number mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area, living area, desk/office space, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, cable TV with HBO, Netflix & Amazon. Light breakfast & snacks. Please note there is an additional charge to use pool. This space is dog friendly for one small dog under 25 pounds. No cats allowed. There may be other dogs on the property so please keep your doggie on a lease for everyone’s safety. There is $35 a day additional charge to use the pub/game room, gym, Swedish Sauna and pool/ hot tub per accommodation. The fee is $35 total a day for both guests and includes all the amenities. This fee is not negotiable. If you want to heat the pool, it is in addition $45 per day. This can be collected by V-enmo or Z-elle before or when you arrive if you decided to use. We do not allow parties of any type. This Includes no birthday, no anniversaries, wedding reception etc, so please don’t ask us to make an exception. Please note that it takes five to eight hours to heat the pool depending on ambient air temperature. Please give yourself plenty of time to turn it on for your use after resolving amenities fee. Please remember this is an airbnb and there is no staff on property to do this for you. All outside common areas and yard to the lake. Optional access to the amenities that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym is only $35 per day. There is an additional 45 charge to heat the pool. To further clarify this fee it is $35 per accommodation. (Not $35 per amenity and not $35 per person.) This fee is not negotiable. You can invite 2 additional guests who are not staying with you for 10 dollars a day per person. Sorry, we cannot host parties to respect the privacy of our other guests. The amenities are open from 7 am to 10 p.m. The pool and pub from 9 a.m. to 10 pm. The fee can be collected when you arrive if you decide to purchase access to the amenities. We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. The amenities are in a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. We are located in one of Orlando’s oldest nicest areas, oak covered ave yes abound. Lovely architecture everywhere. We have a great lil restaurant is a few doors down the street called 903 mills. Many dog friendly parks and lovely areas to explore with you pet if you are bringing or yourself if you enjoy walking in a pleasant neighborhood . The property is pet friendly for one small dog, no cats. Luggage storage is available for early check in. Lessee must be present throughout the duration of lease. The property is non smoking(includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Please park so that two other cars can park next to you. If you have more than one car please park it across the street and not behind your first car. Please no parties, no exceptions. To pull down the blinds, hold at the top and pull down on the bottom gently. Accommodation interiors/decoration subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Grounds are seasonal, not everything is always in bloom, even Florida has a brief winter season when leaves are dropping and it is a little chilly. And finally, the amenities are not always available to guests. We apologize for any inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times that we, the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space with computer, printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light for a additional 25 per day.
