Our facility also boasts 2 pools, a hot tub, and a workout room. The pool is heated to 82 degrees and it uses a salt filtration system instead of chlorine which is easier on the eyes. It is only one block (very short walk) to Starbucks, Subway, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and a Dollar store, and two blocks to Walgreens and restaurants. This condo is on the 6th floor near the elevators for easy access, so you won't have to climb stairs or pull your luggage up and down. The private balcony overlooks lake Bryan, a beautiful lake with wildlife and a boardwalk running through the trees and along the shore. Take a relaxing walk or curl up in the gazebo with a book or your laptop--you can plug into the outlet there and surf the internet via the wifi.
