We have tenants who occupy the main home, but we live very near by (1/2 a mile away). Please do not disturb our tenants and direct all questions to us via messenger.You'll be staying within the Lake Como & Hourglass District area of Downtown Orlando recently named the Curry Ford West" Neighborhood. Locals in the neighborhood enjoy a short 10-15 min. walk to multiple local businesses to include a taco shop, Irish pub, Foxtail coffee, ice cream parlor, vegan cafe, Hourglass Brewing, Mexican restaurants, convenience stores & pharmacy. Nearby are a ton of neighborhood hot spots and events-such as the weekly Tuesday night food truck event just down the street in the Milk District. If you enjoy getting outside there are large parks in the area which feature beautiful lake scenery, many offer stationary gym equipment (pull-up bar etc.).
