You will enjoy a private entrance, private patio, private bedroom and private bath. You are welcome to relax and enjoy our private (and tropical) back yard. The room has a small refrigerator and coffee maker but you are welcome to use the main kitchen as well. The washer/dryer is next to your room and of course, the rent includes all utilities. The neighborhood is great (and safe) for walking/running and we are located directly across the street from a beautiful park and we are a 15 minute walk from downtown. Coffee shop, restaurants and grocery store are withing walking distance,
