We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and offered a fantastic location. While there are a few minor things that could be updated, I was overall very pleased with our extended stay. The convenient parking spot, gym facilities, and the large swimming pool made it even better, especially since we could enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening.

Our stay here for business was absolutely fantastic! The numerous rooms provided ample space, and the beds were both comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal, offering extra room and privacy with their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by trees; while we did have to use the nets to keep the water clean, we couldn't resist a swim when the weather was perfect. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night added a nice touch of tranquility. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making our evening walks to the nearby Publix quite enjoyable. Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, with tons of bars, restaurants, and the beach nearby. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to return if the opportunity arises!

Staying at this Airbnb was a fantastic experience! We spent a month here and it truly felt like home. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport, yet wonderfully quiet. It’s only a couple of minutes to walk to numerous shops and delightful restaurants, and a quick drive takes you to a beautiful beach in 10 minutes. Plus, it's only a 15-minute stroll to Clematis Street where there are fabulous dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the area without needing a car. Kevin is an outstanding host, always ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for prompt assistance, resolving it quickly. The apartment itself is spacious, cozy, and well-equipped for all our needs. The neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made everything hassle-free. With multiple properties, his reliability and dedication shine through. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, along with Kevin’s other listings, to anyone visiting the area.
