Entire rental unit. Charming 1-Bedroom Loft in the Heart of Orlando

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It offered plenty of room for all of us. We did notice a few minor issues, such as the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the flooring on the main level, but overall it was just as advertised. I would definitely consider booking it again.

Our flight arrived around 1:00 PM, and we were excited to check-in and grab a bite to eat. However, when we arrived back at 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still at the property, and it would take longer than expected. After waiting for a couple of hours, we reached out for an update at 5:49 PM and again at 7:02 PM, but received no clear answers. We finally got access at around 7:45 PM, only to discover ongoing repairs in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak. Workers were there setting tiles until about 9:30 PM, and we found a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen area, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, the host did not offer any apologies or suggestions to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told they would consult the owners but never received any follow-up. This experience was rather frustrating, and I wouldn't consider renting from this property again.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout my stay. Their quick responses and friendly demeanor made my trip all the more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this place again!

This vacation rental is absolutely fantastic! We spent a whole month here and loved every single second. The location couldn't be better; it's under 10 minutes from the airport yet so quiet. Plus, there are loads of shops and eateries just a short 2-minute stroll away, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive. A lovely 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, where there are great dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. The host was exceptional, making everything incredibly easy for us. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, they promptly arranged for someone to come and fix it. The rental itself was roomy, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The fellow residents were friendly and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to help us out. With multiple properties under their management, it's clear that they are reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
