This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is superb, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sinks and counters. The bathroom is also updated and features thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with great air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed. The closet has been well-designed to maximize storage space. Access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, is a great plus, though shared with the main house if you require additional space. Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to our queries and handled a couple of minor issues efficiently. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

Our team stayed here for a work project and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The property had ample space and the beds were super comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided great additional room, ensuring everyone had their own bathroom. The pool was a lovely feature, surrounded by trees, so we did have to use the nets to keep it clean, but we appreciated the chance to swim when the weather was nice. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a great touch. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we enjoyed evening walks to Publix. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are tons of restaurants and bars, plus the beach is nearby. Our host, Kevin, was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our queries. We would definitely love to return if the opportunity arises.
