Kevin was an extraordinary host, and his apartment was in perfect condition. The design was stylish, and everything was spotless and well-organized. My mother enjoyed her stay immensely and couldn't stop praising it.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for three weeks, and it was a wonderful experience. The location couldn't have been better. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled to find that everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and many places were even walkable. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise. This charming property is over a century old, and we loved the fantastic pool and cabana area in the back. The two additional 'casitas' were a brilliant touch for accommodating our larger group comfortably. Kevin was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. While a new washer and dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a group and seeking an ideal location in West Palm.

Kevin was incredibly attentive to our needs and inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small task, and he handled it beautifully! His communication was top-notch, which is vital when booking an Airbnb. The house was just as described in the listing. The only hiccup was the oven, which Kevin promptly checked and confirmed was out of service. Thankfully, the stovetop was in good condition, and since we were there for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals. We truly valued our exchanges with Kevin and appreciated the unexpected extras he provided. A massive THANK YOU to him! We will certainly consider his properties for future stays.

This guesthouse is a fantastic choice in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with a versatile sleeping arrangement that can either be a king or two twin beds. The location is ideal, close to all the exciting spots in WPB. The kitchen is beautifully updated with modern appliances including a range, fridge, and a stylish countertop. The bathroom has also been refreshed, featuring nice details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans which, combined with the great air conditioning, made our stay very comfortable. The closet was efficiently organized, providing ample storage for our belongings. We also appreciated the shared washer and dryer just outside, along with the convenient off-street parking options. Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond and handled a couple of minor issues with ease. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Kevin again.
