After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we found this property and the owner was incredibly quick to assist us. Within less than a day, we had a new booking confirmed. Upon arrival, the host greeted us personally, provided a thorough tour, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. They also offered great recommendations for local beaches, dining, and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
This property was perfect for gathering my whole family in one place. I highly recommend it; just be sure to confirm that the pool has been cleaned before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day since the pool needed maintenance and turned a bit green. However, it seems the property manager has since addressed the issue with the pool service. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Excellent host!
The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, which made our family vacation enjoyable. The pool was lovely, although it was too chilly to swim since the heater wasn’t functioning properly. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was wonderful! The guest studios near the pool are cozy and offer a nice sense of privacy if needed. Just a heads up, the house is a bit older, so you might notice some signs of wear. We did encounter issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t get cold enough and our ice melted. The staircase can be tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the ground floor, I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who has difficulty getting around. Additionally, the main house doesn't have a bath or shower downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.
The owner was wonderful, extremely accommodating, and quick to respond to messages. I had an issue with my booking dates, and they were very understanding and helped me sort it out promptly!
This rental is truly amazing! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport (yet super quiet), a mere 2-minute stroll to lots of shops and eateries, and a short 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic dining options and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. The host was exceptional, making everything hassle-free. When we had a minor issue, they promptly arranged for someone to come by and resolve it right away. The rental was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was ideal for relaxing. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host made it effortless for us to adjust. With multiple listings and a high level of trustworthiness, we wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!
