Great Location with Private Pool

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be set up as two twin beds or a comfortable king. The location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops. The bathroom also features modern renovations, including thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for lighting. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, which complemented the great air conditioning. The closet is well-designed, providing ample storage with multiple racks and bars. Plus, there's a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a bonus. Kevin, our host, was quick to respond and handled a couple of small issues efficiently. Overall, this place met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

The location is fantastic, but the building shows its age. I had great communication with the host, who was very helpful. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture is in need of repair, with some peeling upholstery. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot with a prime location, although there are areas for improvement.

I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm for a month and found this gem. Kevin was incredibly helpful, reaching out right after I landed at the airport. The property is quite expansive, but Kevin showed me around, making it easy to settle in. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, very tidy, and everything functioned perfectly during my stay.

I booked a last-minute work assignment in West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly accommodating and kept in touch with me from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, he took the time to show me around, and soon I was settled in. The condo is roomy enough for 1-2 people, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.

Kevin was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our inquiries during our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, and he handled it with ease! His communication skills were top-notch, which made our experience much smoother. The house matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but Kevin promptly came over and confirmed it was not functioning. Fortunately, the stovetop was operational, and since we were in the area for a wedding, we weren’t planning to cook elaborate meals anyway. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful touches he provided us as a bonus. A huge thank you to Kevin! We will definitely consider renting from him again in the future.

We arrived in town and our flight got in around 1:00 PM, expecting to grab a quick bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at the property, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, which delayed our check-in. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no updates, we reached out again at 7:02 PM and were told that they would get back to us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the rental until about 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor. The noise from cutting tiles continued until 9:30 PM, and to our surprise, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen. Throughout the stay, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and issues we faced, but was told they needed to consult the owners; however, I never received any follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this rental.

I asked for a partial refund for the delayed check-in and the inconvenience but was told I would need to wait for a response from the owners, which never came. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
