The owner was wonderful and their apartment was in excellent shape. It was tastefully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother had a wonderful time here and was thrilled with her stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely ideal! It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we wanted to do was within a five-minute drive, and we found several attractions were easily walkable too. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to the main attractions. This charming home is over a century old, and the backyard pool along with the cabana area were highlights of our stay. The two separate 'casitas' are a fantastic touch for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay met all our expectations. A couple of things that could use improvement are the washer/dryer and pillow quality, but aside from that, this is a superb choice for those traveling in groups and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
I would give the host five stars without hesitation, but the unit itself had a few issues that weren't entirely the host's responsibility. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which the host promptly arranged to have repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. I also think the towels could use an upgrade as they weren't the best quality. The property manager should consider replacing them.
