Our work trip brought us to this lovely rental, and we were thoroughly impressed. The spaciousness of the rooms was a big plus, and we found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. The two cottages in the back provided us with much-needed extra space and ensured everyone had their own bathroom, which was convenient. The pool area was a delightful addition; while there were a few leaves that needed clearing with the provided nets due to the surrounding trees, we still enjoyed the refreshing swim in the lovely weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall added a tranquil ambiance at night. The neighborhood was very peaceful and felt secure, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix quite enjoyable. With Clematis St and City Place just a short distance away, we had easy access to numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return here if we have the opportunity in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! David was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our experience even better. The rental was perfect for our group, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a spacious living area. It was peaceful and cozy, which allowed for great nights of sleep.

Kevin is an exemplary host who truly goes above and beyond to cater to his guests' needs. He was incredibly helpful in assisting many of us with last-minute accommodation during DWD, making sure everyone was comfortable. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for easing my tired legs after long hours on my feet. I will definitely return for another visit!
