Our experience at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration was fantastic! It easily fit our group of 13, boasting ample bedrooms and bathrooms, which made things very comfortable. The two guest houses provided us with the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness. We absolutely loved the beautiful outdoor space—it was great for capturing memories! Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach. The host was very attentive and assisted us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

This guesthouse is a fantastic addition to the often pricey short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be set up as twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been updated beautifully with a range, fridge, and new countertops and sink. The bathroom also has a fresh look, featuring nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lighting. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, which, along with the superb air conditioning, kept us comfortable. The closet space is well-organized, offering ample storage options. Plus, having shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, was a convenient bonus. The property manager was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a couple of minor issues seamlessly. Overall, this place met all our needs, and we would definitely consider renting here again.
The location couldn't be better! It's right in the heart of everything. While the building shows its age, the communication with the property manager was outstanding. A deep clean for the carpets would definitely enhance the experience, and a few pieces of furniture could use some attention, with some signs of wear and tear. All in all, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy space, and despite its imperfections, the location made it worthwhile.
