We had a fantastic three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location is truly unbeatable. It was our first trip to West Palm, and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and some places were even within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, making it a lovely retreat. This charming Airbnb is set in a historic 100-year-old home. The pool and cabana area were highlights for us, and the two 'casitas' are wonderful for accommodating larger groups. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. If I had to mention a few improvements, I’d suggest getting a new washer/dryer and perhaps some upgraded pillows, but overall, this is an excellent choice for a group looking for a prime location in West Palm.

This place is perfectly situated in a secure neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we made the most of the hot tub, which was a lovely option! The guest studios by the pool are cozy and offer a great sense of privacy when needed. It's worth noting that since the property is older, there are some signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't working properly; the freezer was only as cold as the fridge, so our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the ground floor, it may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, the main house lacks a bath or shower downstairs. Overall, the pricing was reasonable, especially when shared among families.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. However, the building has seen better days. On the plus side, communication with Mark was top-notch. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some furniture is showing signs of wear and tear, like the peeling on the leather chairs. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable space, although there’s definitely room for improvement.

I'd give Kevin a perfect score just based on his hospitality. However, there were a few issues with the unit that could use some attention. One of the bathroom faucets was malfunctioning, but Kevin took care of that promptly. The cleanliness of one of the tubs could be improved, and the towels could definitely use an upgrade. A little attention to these details would elevate the experience even further.
