New Townhome Near Hospitals/Downtown Orlando

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an urgent situation, but I really appreciate how quickly Kevin processed my refund. It was a smooth experience under the circumstances.

My colleagues and I had a great experience at this property during our work trip. The spacious rooms and comfortable, spotless beds made our stay very enjoyable. The two cottage rooms in the backyard were an excellent addition, providing everyone with their own bathroom for added privacy. We loved the pool area, though we had to use the provided nets to tidy it up due to the nearby trees. It was well worth it for a refreshing swim in the lovely weather! The gentle sound of the waterfall nearby was a lovely touch in the evenings. The neighborhood was serene and felt secure; we even took nice evening strolls to the local Publix. Plus, its proximity to Clematis St and City Place meant we had so many dining and entertainment options right at our fingertips. Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return to this fantastic spot in the future.

Kevin was incredibly accommodating and skillfully addressed any minor hiccups that arose during our stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

What a fantastic location for bringing my family together! I can't recommend this place enough; just be sure to check on the pool's cleanliness prior to your stay. We unfortunately had to skip our planned barbecue day due to the pool being a bit murky, but I hear they've taken care of the issue with their pool service. Kevin was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions. Truly a great experience!

I had an excellent experience at this rental! The host, Mark, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. He went above and beyond to assist many attendees of the event we were part of, ensuring everyone had their needs met. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plus, the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long day on my feet. I can't wait to return!
