We had a fantastic experience during my sister’s bachelorette celebration! This property was more than adequate for our group of 13, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that ensured everyone had their own space. We loved the two guest houses as they provided a nice balance of privacy while keeping us close. The outdoor area was gorgeous and offered plenty of opportunities for memorable photos. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was extremely attentive and supportive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for any large gatherings!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king size. The location is convenient for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen is beautifully updated, equipped with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop. The bathroom has also been modernized and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer for the lights. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom help keep things cool, along with the efficient air conditioning. The closet space is well-organized with plenty of racks and bars for storage. Guests also have shared access to a washer and dryer along with off-street parking. The main house is available as a rental if you need extra space. Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to our inquiries and adeptly handled a few minor concerns. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

We had an amazing month-long stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport without any noise disruption. A short stroll of only 2 minutes takes you to a variety of shops and dining options, and the beach is a brief 10-minute drive away. Plus, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. It truly felt like we didn't need a car to enjoy the area. Kevin, the host, was outstanding and made our stay seamless. Whenever we had a small issue, he arranged for help right away, and everything was resolved in no time. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The residents in the building were welcoming, and we loved relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us. He clearly manages several properties and is incredibly reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and his other listings to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and had an incredible experience. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm. Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and there were even some places we could stroll to from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel safe, which was a pleasant surprise given how centrally located it is. This particular Airbnb is housed in a charming 100-year-old home, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' are fantastic for large groups. Kevin was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We did feel the need for an updated washer/dryer and some improved pillows, but overall, this is a fantastic option for anyone traveling with a larger party looking to be close to all the action in West Palm.

We had a fantastic time at this property! The location was ideal, nestled in a secure neighborhood and offered plenty of room for our extended family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we made the most of the hot tub, which was wonderful! The guest studios by the pool provided a lovely bit of privacy when needed. Just a heads up, it is an older home, so there are some signs of wear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer as the freezer wasn't getting cold enough, leading to melted ice, which was a bit inconvenient. The stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main level, I'd recommend this place for those without mobility challenges. The lack of a shower or bath in the main house downstairs is also something to consider. Overall, the price was reasonable, especially when shared amongst several families.

I found the location to be quite far from the convention center; it took me over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were broken and the kitchen was not equipped at all. Given the amenities and the location, the price felt excessive. Luckily, I received a full refund under Airbnb's policy, but at over $300, this space simply does not justify that cost. I hope they consider lowering the price and upgrade their facilities in the future.
