The location is fantastic, and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was spacious enough for our large group. The pool was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly. We made good use of the hot tub, which was a wonderful alternative! The guest studios near the pool may be small, but they provide a nice sense of privacy when needed. The house itself is quite old, so be prepared for some signs of aging. We did encounter issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer wasn't very cold, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor, which may not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main level of the house. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially if multiple families are sharing expenses.
