We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this charming apartment! It's perfectly located with convenient parking, and our host was incredibly helpful. Just a short stroll to a Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furniture showed signs of use, the breathtaking views from the windows quickly made us forget about those little details. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent an entire month here and relished every second. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport without any of the noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only 10 minutes by car to reach a lovely beach. Additionally, the vibrant Clematis area, known for its excellent restaurants and the top-notch farmers market every Saturday, is only a 15-minute walk away. You really can enjoy the area without needing a car. Kevin, the host, was outstanding and ensured that everything went smoothly. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, he had someone there to assist us right away, and the issue was resolved in no time at all. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed mingling with the friendly neighbors, and the pool was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make the situation easy for us. He has several listings and is incredibly reliable and attentive. We highly recommend this place and all of Kevin’s properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, with some places even within walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, and we were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to key spots. The property itself is a charming century-old home. The backyard pool and cabana area were highlights, and the two extra 'casitas' worked perfectly for our large group. Kevin was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, this is a fantastic option for those traveling with a group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.

We had an absolutely amazing last-minute getaway! This apartment was perfect for our needs. It comes with convenient parking, a fantastic host, and is within walking distance of all the essentials. Just a 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shopping, and local live music! While some aspects of the decor, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the window and sliding door really make you forget about those minor details.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was small, featuring just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the facilities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but paying over $300 for this space and the amenities offered seems unreasonable. I hope they consider adjusting the pricing and adding more facilities in the future.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything! However, the property itself is showing its age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt responses and helpfulness throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the carpets could really use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture have seen better days with peeling upholstery. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy place with a prime location, though there are definitely areas that could use some improvement.
