I can't thank Kevin enough for his incredible responsiveness throughout our stay! Managing the needs of 16 people is no small feat, but he handled it with such grace. His communication skills made the rental experience seamless, which is vital for any Airbnb. The home matched its description perfectly, aside from a minor issue with the oven — Kevin was quick to assess that it wasn't functioning. Thankfully, the stovetop worked fine, and we didn’t need to cook elaborate meals since we were in town for a wedding. We genuinely appreciated our interactions with Kevin, and the thoughtful surprises he provided were a lovely touch. Huge shoutout to Kevin for everything! We will absolutely seek out properties he manages in the future.
