The rental is quite a bit further from the convention center than anticipated (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room itself felt a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and there wasn't any kitchen equipment available. Given the location and amenities, the price seems a bit steep. I'm grateful for the 100% refund policy of Airbnb, as the cost exceeded $300, which feels excessive for what was offered. I hope they consider lowering the price and enhancing the facilities.

Mark was a fantastic host! He ensured that the check-in process was seamless and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. He personally welcomed us, making everything feel so easy. Mark has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and provided great recommendations. The location was exactly as advertised and couldn't have been better. If you're looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience, Mark is the host you want. I highly suggest staying at one of his properties.
